On the 23 of December our dog Blue got hit by the tractor. I was putting hay bales with dad and she did lots of running from the back of the farm to the front. So she was getting tired. We were just finishing putting the tractor away.Blue sat down and dad didn't see her . She yelled in a hurt bark and she was limping soon we took her too the vets.She had broken her k9 tooth, another tooth and had a hairline fracture in her jaw. She was very lucky!
She had surgery on Christmas Eve and we were at a Chrismas party with our family. I was watching tv ,some people were outside ,and the parents were talking. We opened some presents near lunch time. I got lots of chocolates,Lego robot thing and gift certificate to go towards the Xbox.
Oh my goodness! That was a horrible way to get to Christmas! I am glad Jude got better and he and your mom got home before Christmas. Poor Blue! Your dad must have felt ao bad too. I hate when my dog has to stay at the vets. You survived some rough times, but it sounds like your Christmas was good. Whew! Enjoy the rest of your holidays, hopefully without any medical help needed.
